We had to keep some kittens contained for a few months. This pen really worked. We used black spring clamps to hold the end door closed. The buckles that came with it were just too slow and difficult to use. Kittens were trying to get out while you do this. Has to be quickly doneCat loves it!our cats love itMy two kitties love this outdoor escape to get fresh air through all four seasons...from sunshine to snow. Mine has lasted almost three years but now it’s time to replace. It is sturdy but could use a couple of adjustments. The clasps to keep the door locked are not ideal to use but I’m sure there are alternatives to try. The netting is strong but the twine that attaches it to the metal frame is a different material and pieces of it dried out and fell apart over time and needed to be replaced...it actually disintegrated into a messy dust. Hoping the manufacturer will come up with a better system for the door and replace the current twine with something that withstands the elements better. Still worth the cost and the delight my cats get from it...but never leave them unattended.Easy to assemble. My cat humors me and uses this whenever I'm enjoying the deck swing. He LOVES being outside with me and smelling the air and listening to the birds. That said, this is located inside the entryway of French Doors so I have to make sure my son and nephews don't open the door even a crack too wide or he will escape. But he doesn't try this unless I'm not on the deck with him. It's still worth it because I can relax much more swing him inside it. He also "knows the rules" and will look back at me and meow if someone left the door open too much and he walks around the netting. HahaI recommend this for cats, but also don’t recommend leaving any animals outside, in it, without supervision. We moved and can’t let our cats out in our new place; they only sat on the stairs steps, of our fenced yard, where we lived before, but they missed it. They sat in the windows and meow’d to go out. I researched different things to use for cats outside, after attempting a harness and leash; they both hated that. They are content, sitting in this and being outside. In fact, one cat walks around it & meows when he wants to go out in it; once a day seems to be enough for them. I would give it 4.5 stars if possible. The only problem with it is the attachments for the ends. You have to be careful, when opening & closing the end; the attachment will fall off, and could easily become lost, if not careful. If there is an improvement made to it, I’d recommend an actual door on the ends.We used the patio tunnels and curves to build a circuit off of the catio/kennel. We replaced the vinyl toggle connectors the manufacturer provided with copious amounts of zip ties. The manufacturer does state that your cats should not be left unattended in the tunnels. Our cats would easily escape if we had used the toggle system. The netting is synthetic so it should not deteriorate in the wet Pacific Northwest weather. I gave the product 4 stars because of: the toggle system, we haven’t had them long enough to test durability and I thought the system was kind of pricey. Both of our cats love the tunnels, they spend the majority of their days in them which just might make them worth the price.Sorry my cats get their claws caught in it. Fine I think for rabbits which is what I use it for not my cats.Light, portable and intelligently designed to prevent feline escape! My cat still tries to escape because he knows there's more nature out there than he can get to from inside his Kittywalk. But it's still way better than the epic fails we've enjoyed when we tried a harness and a leash...Great product, horrible customer service. I needed a new door and nobody even bothered to contact me back. You’ll like what you get, but be prepared to fix it yourself if you lose or damage a piece.Product is as advertised. Sturdy. Easy to assemble. Locking system could be improved though. Lower ones are a bit tight and one doesn’t lock well.My kitten would have chewed right through it....Perhaps let consumers know it's made for animals with no teeth or claws..Cost me $50 in shipping feesLesson learned I'll never order online again!!!
